PONPO is a research institution and does not work directly with not-for-profit organizations on operational issues. However, we provide the following links as possible resources for not-for-profit professionals seeking assistance.

New Haven Area Resources

Nonprofit and Philanthropic Resource Center at the New Haven Free Public Library

The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven

SOM Outreach, The Yale School of Management's student consulting group

Board Service, The Yale School of Management's program which places MBA students on local nonprofit boards for the academic year as a non-voting member

Community Leadership Program. The Graustein Memorial Fund offers the Community Leadership Program, which is a year-long leadership development course for New Haven nonprofit professionals. Selected through a competitive application process, CLP participants meet monthly to explore, connect, and energize. Contact Gail Torresquintero for more information. Applications are generally reviewed in June. The program runs from September to May.
